At Crexalonstyx, we are committed to providing reliable packaging and shipping services. This Return Policy outlines the procedures for service cancellations, refunds, and claims for lost or damaged items.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel your shipping service under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made before package pickup
  • Once a package has been collected and entered our logistics network, cancellation may not be possible
  • Cancellations can be requested by phone or email
  • A cancellation confirmation will be provided

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service cancelled before package pickup
  • Package not delivered due to our error
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service not provided as agreed

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. A processing fee may apply for cancellations made after booking confirmation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already completed and delivered
  • Delays caused by customs or regulatory authorities
  • Delays due to incorrect address information provided by sender
  • Additional services already rendered

Claims for Lost or Damaged Items

Filing a Claim

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date
  • Provide your tracking number and shipment details
  • Submit photographs of damaged items and packaging
  • Provide proof of item value (receipt, invoice, or appraisal)
  • Complete our claims form with all required information

Claim Investigation

Once your claim is submitted, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
  • Investigate the claim thoroughly
  • Request additional information if needed
  • Provide a decision within 14 business days

Claim Compensation

Approved claims will be compensated based on:

  • Declared value of the package
  • Insurance coverage purchased
  • Proof of item value provided
  • Terms of our liability coverage

Maximum compensation is limited to the insurance coverage amount or declared value, whichever is applicable.

Exclusions

Claims will not be accepted for:

  • Items not properly packaged by the sender
  • Prohibited items or undeclared contents
  • Damage to inherently fragile items without proper packaging
  • Normal wear and tear during transit
  • Delays beyond our control
  • Consequential or indirect losses

Return Shipping

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to sender:

  • We will attempt to contact the recipient multiple times
  • Undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender address
  • Return shipping fees will apply
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Packages unclaimed after 30 days may be disposed of

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your claim or refund request, you may:

  • Request a review by our management team
  • Escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution
  • Contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission
