All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made for business accounts. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. While we strive to meet all delivery schedules, delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.
All shipments include basic insurance coverage as specified in our pricing. Additional insurance is available for high-value items. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the package or the insurance coverage amount, whichever is applicable.

Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. All claims require supporting documentation including proof of value and photographs of damage where applicable.
Cancellations must be requested before package pickup. Once a package has been collected and entered our logistics network, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 5-10 business days, minus any applicable processing fees.
